Emotional Intelligence theory is one therapy type.  (There are many types of therapy.)

Cornwall Counseling practices ONLY Rational Emotive Behavior therapy and Emotional Intelligence theory.

Your counselor will follow ONLY this model of mental/emotional healthcare.

If at any time you believe you are not wellmatched to this model, please make that known to your therapist. Your therapist will help identify a therapeutic strategy that may work better for you.

  • It is believed that our thoughts of the past and the future cannot be managed if they are rigorous, stern, unrelenting, unremitting, stubborn, obstinate, intractable, obdurate, or undeviating. Fixed thinking is believed to prevent emotional optimal management
